Return and Refund Policy
When someone purchases a product from Luxe Game Center, they accept the following provisions. We hope these instructions clarify our return policy and the refund process. The following regulations apply in the United States.
To request a return, exchange, or refund, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to do so.
Conditions for returns and exchanges:
(1) There are conditions for accepting returns, such as the product being damaged, defective, or inaccurate.
(2) The product is not as advertised, is missing parts, or the customer would prefer a different color; exchanges are possible under these conditions.
Return
We stand behind the high quality of every product we offer. It is important to us that you are satisfied with the products you purchase from us.
Within 30 days of delivery, we will accept returns if you are unhappy with your purchase. You can expect a full refund if the returned item is in its original condition (new, unused, and with all tags attached). To obtain return permission, please email support@luxegamecenter.com.
It's your responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping. There will be no return shipping label provided at this time. This applies to defective items and if you simply are unhappy with what you have received.
Keep the packaging and labels in case the item arrives broken, wrong, or with defects. If you have any issues with your Luxe Game Center product(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order, please contact us by sending photographs or videos to support@luxegamecenter.com. An invoice or receipt must be shown as proof of purchase. Once we've confirmed the problem, we'll provide a refund or a new one, whichever you prefer.
Returning an unused item
You have until 30 days from the delivery date to return any unwanted items. Any unwanted items you send back must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
You will have thirty days after delivery to inspect the products and ensure that they are perfect. When deciding whether or not to keep an item, it's best to leave any tags, packaging, etc., intact until you've made up your mind.
Order Cancellation
After you purchase any products from us, it will take 1-2 business days to process them. You can cancel your order without penalty as long as you do so within 1-2 business days. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee if you cancel your order later than 2 business days or after it has been shipped.
Alter Your Location
Luxe Game Center relies on you to supply correct shipping information to complete successful deliveries. We ask that you get in touch with us no later than 2 business days after placing your order if you need to make any changes to the mailing address. We cannot modify an order's shipping address after it has been dispatched. Furthermore, if the shipping address provided is incorrect, we cannot be held liable for any missed deliveries.
Exchange
A replacement can be requested within the first two days after your order has been placed. You can reach us at support@luxegamecenter.com if you need to make an exchange. If you decide you want to replace your purchase after 48 hours or after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
After receiving an item, if you decide you wish to exchange it, you must keep the item(s) and its original packaging until your exchange request is processed and accepted. We will notify you as soon as the product you requested becomes available or offer a suitable alternative.
If you need to make an exchange, you'll have to cover the cost of shipping both ways. There will be no return shipping label provided at this time.
Clearance products
Clearance products cannot be returned for a refund.
Delivery problems
If there has been a delay in receiving your order, feel free to inquire about its progress. Please contact us at support@luxegamecenter.com if your order has not arrived within the specified time limit. While we try to track down your missing shipment we will extend the deadline for requesting a refund or exchange.
How can I start the return process?
Please contact Luxe Game Center Support at support@luxegamecenter.com before returning your item with the following information so that we may confirm your transaction and address any after-sale concerns you may have:
- The order ID
- Details about the recipient
- Quantity and description of the item(s) being returned or exchanged
- The reasons for a return or exchange
- A photo or video showing the product has been delivered to you

Refund
Once the returned product has been examined and the problem has been identified, we will provide a refund. There will be a processing time of 5-15 business days for refunds. To request a refund that has been delayed longer than 15 days, please contact us at support@luxegamecenter.com.
All refunds will be processed in the same way as the initial payment.
